Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit Bobcat19 Stadium at bobcat-stadium.bobbycato.com ("the stadium") or create a member account. The stadium is run by Agile Tech Global Solutions, trading as Bobcat19, of 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX ("we", "us"). By using the stadium you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The stadium
Bobcat19 Stadium is an interactive 3D showcase of Bobby Cato's work, businesses and partners, with a game, a league table, score predictions, networking between members and links to partner websites. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we do not promise that the stadium will always be available or free of errors.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Usernames must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.
- New accounts may need approval before they appear on the league table or can use messaging. We can decline or remove approval at our discretion.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
3. Points, the league and predictions
- Points are earned for exploring the stadium, finishing the tour, playing matches, scoring goals and score predictions, as described in the stadium.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and do not give you any property rights.
- Any prizes will be announced with their own rules. Unless those rules say otherwise, there is no prize simply for holding points.
- Score predictions are a free game for fun. No money or anything of value is staked, and they are not gambling.
- We may correct, reset or remove points that were earned by mistake, through a fault, or by cheating, automation or abuse.
4. Networking and messages
Networking is for genuine connections and collaboration between members. When you use the directory, connections and messages you must not:
- send spam, chain messages, bulk or unsolicited sales messages, or the same message to many people;
- harass, bully, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone;
- share content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights;
- share other people's personal information without their permission;
- try to get around the message limits, blocks or approvals, or use automated tools.
To keep things fair there are limits, such as a maximum number of messages and new conversations per day, and a limit on messages before someone replies. Members can block and report each other. We may read reported messages, remove content, switch off messaging, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Business details, offers and claims made by members are their own. We do not check or endorse them, and any deal you make with another member is between you and them.
5. Content you add
You keep ownership of what you add (your profile, picture, business details and messages). You give us permission to store and show it in the stadium as needed to run the service, for as long as it is on the stadium. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it follows these terms.
6. Partner applications
Sending a "Become a visiting partner" application does not create a partnership or any obligation. Any partnership will be agreed separately in writing.
7. Our content and links
- The stadium's design, 3D models, text, logos and crest belong to Bobcat19 or its partners. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.
- Partner logos and names belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.
- Links and videos from other websites (for example partners, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
- Offers, prices and coupon codes are shown only when the partner has confirmed them, and are the partner's responsibility.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the stadium. That includes trying to break or overload it, accessing it in ways we do not provide, scraping member data, uploading malware, or using it for anything unlawful.
9. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, to protect other members, or if required by law. Where appropriate we will tell you why. You can contact us at [email protected] if you think we have made a mistake.
10. Our responsibility to you
The stadium is provided free of charge "as is". Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or for the actions of other members or third-party websites. If you are a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms do not affect.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell members by email or in the stadium. If you keep using the stadium after a change, the new terms apply.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
