Monthly Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
The key points
- Free to enter. No purchase is needed to enter or to win.
- Each draw month runs from the 20th of one month to the 19th of the next. Only points earned during that month count, and you enter separately for each month.
- On the 19th, the top 19 entrants by points earned that month go into a draw.
- One winner is picked at random on a wheel of names.
- The prize is a free one-page brochure website, designed and built by Agile Tech Solutions. Hosting is not included.
- The winner must send us all the content for the website.
- The website goes on your own domain name. If you do not have one, you will need to get one (see section 8).
1. The promoter
The promoter is Agile Tech Global Solutions, trading as Bobcat19 and Agile Tech Solutions, of 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX ("we", "us"). Email: [email protected]. Website: agiletechsolutions.co.uk.
These terms sit alongside the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of Bobcat19 Stadium. If anything here conflicts with those, these terms apply to the prize draw.
2. Who can enter
- You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
- You must have a Bobcat19 Stadium member account that we have approved.
- Our employees, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.
- One entry per person. If we find that one person is using more than one account, all of their accounts are removed from the draw.
3. How to enter
- Sign in to Bobcat19 Stadium, open the prize draw from the menu or the League, tick the box to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, and choose "Enter the monthly draw".
- Entry is free. Points are earned by exploring the stadium, finding the hidden Nineteens, golden nuggets and diamonds, watching videos, opening partner links, completing the tour, playing matches, scoring goals, predicting scores and referring friends.
- You enter one month at a time. An entry counts only for the draw month in which you make it (from the 20th to the 19th). To take part in the next month's draw, enter again from the 20th. You can leave the current month's draw at any time from the prize draw panel.
4. Who goes into each draw
- Each draw takes place on the 19th of the month. If the 19th falls on a weekend or a UK bank holiday, the draw may take place on the next working day.
- When the draw is made, we take the 19 entrants with the most points earned during that draw month (from 00:00 UK time on the 20th to 23:59 UK time on the 19th). If two entrants have the same points, the one with more goals ranks higher. If they are still level, the one who entered the draw first ranks higher.
- Points are counted as they stand on the server at the time of the draw. Points held only on a device and not yet saved to your account do not count. Points from earlier months stay on your all-time league total but do not count towards a later month's draw.
- Monthly challenges. So that members who joined in an earlier month are not at a disadvantage, from your second draw month you can earn points again each month by repeating the stadium's tasks (visiting the places and rooms, the tour, the treasure hunt, watching videos and opening partner links) and by visiting the social media trucks. These monthly challenges are not available in your first draw month, when the same tasks earn first-time points instead. Each task earns points at most once per draw month.
- A previous winner may enter again, but cannot win more than once in any 12-month period.
5. How the winner is chosen
- The qualifying entrants are put on the Wheel of Names in the stadium (next to the Bitfest trailer), with one cabin each, and the wheel is spun once. The winner is picked at random by our server when the wheel is spun, and the wheel stops with the winner at the top. We may instead use a similar random wheel of names (for example, wheelofnames.com) if the stadium wheel is not available.
- Entrants are shown on the wheel as "Guest" with a number, unless they choose to show their username by ticking "Show my username on the Wheel of Names" (it is unticked by default). You can tick or untick it at any time in the prize draw window. If you show your username, it appears on the wheel while you are in the top 19, and if you win it stays on the wheel for up to 7 days after the draw. Your choice does not affect your chance of winning.
- The draw is made by us, may be recorded or streamed, and our decision is final.
- Wheel of Names and any similar tool we use are not connected with, sponsoring or responsible for this draw.
6. Fair play
- We check points before each draw. Points earned by cheating, automated tools, exploiting faults, fake or duplicate accounts, or fake referrals do not count. We may remove them and disqualify the entrant.
- We may remove anyone from the draw who breaks the Terms of Use, for example by misusing messaging or the networking hub.
7. The prize
One prize is available each month: the design and build of a one-page brochure website by Agile Tech Solutions.
- What a one-page brochure website is. A single web page that introduces you or your business. It can include your name or business name, logo, a short description of what you do, your services, a few photos, your contact details, links to your social media and a simple contact link or button.
- You supply all the information. The winner must send us everything needed to complete the site: all the text, logos, photos and images, contact details, social media links and any brand colours. You must own, or have permission to use, everything you send. We do not write your content, take photographs or create a logo as part of the prize.
- Timing. Please send all your content within 30 days of accepting the prize. We aim to finish the site within 30 days of receiving everything. If you do not send your content within 60 days of accepting the prize, we may treat the prize as forfeited.
- Changes. The prize includes one round of reasonable changes after you see the first version.
- What is not included. The prize does not include website hosting, a domain name, extra pages, online shops or payments, booking systems, members' areas, custom software, copywriting, photography, logo design, search engine optimisation services, paid advertising or ongoing maintenance and updates. We can quote for any of these separately, and you do not have to buy any of them.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to anyone else and has no cash alternative. If we cannot provide the prize for reasons beyond our control, we may offer a similar prize of equal or greater value.
7b. Bitfest ticket giveaway (November 2026)
- The prize: 2 Full tickets to Bitfest 2026 (the UK's largest Bitcoin festival, 19 to 22 November 2026, at the Pendulum Hotel and nearby venues in Manchester), worth £298 in total (£149 each at the published price). Bitfest tickets also give access to Freedom Fest UK on Saturday 21 November at the same venue. One winner receives both tickets.
- Who can win: members who have entered the current month's prize draw (section 3). The top 19 entrants by points earned in the current draw month at the time of the Bitfest draw go on the wheel of names.
- When: the Bitfest draw takes place on 14 November 2026, so that the winner can attend. It uses points earned from 20 October 2026 up to the time of the draw. It is separate from the website prize draw on the 19th: one person could win both.
- Getting the tickets: we arrange the tickets with the winner, either sent to them or ready to collect at the venue.
- Travel, accommodation and any other costs of attending are not included. The tickets are subject to Bitfest's own ticket terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We contact the winner by email on the day of the draw. If they do not reply within 2 days, we may draw another winner from the same 19 entrants.
8. Domain names and hosting
To publish the prize website, it needs a domain name (a web address such as yourbusiness.co.uk). If you already have a domain, the website will use your own domain. If you do not have one, you will need to get one before the website can go live. You can register it with any domain provider you choose, and it stays registered to you. The cost of registering and renewing a domain is not part of the prize and is payable by you. We will tell you the details we need so that your website can be connected to your domain.
Website hosting is not included in the prize. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for hosting. If you choose not to get a domain or hosting, you may decline the prize. In that case we may draw another winner.
9. Telling the winner
- We contact the winner by the email address on their account within 7 days of the draw.
- The winner must reply within 14 days to accept the prize. If they do not, or if they do not meet these terms, we may draw another winner from the same 19 entrants.
- We may ask the winner for proof of age, address and identity before giving the prize.
10. Announcing the winner
We may announce the winner's username and first name in the stadium, on our social media channels and by email. We will only use your photo, full name or finished website in our publicity if you agree. On request, we will tell anyone who asks the winner's first name and county, as long as the winner agrees.
11. Your personal information
We use your account details to run the draw, contact the winner and provide the prize, as explained in our Privacy Policy. To build the website, we share your content with Agile Tech Solutions, which is part of the promoter. We do not sell your details. You can leave the draw at any time from your account.
12. Our responsibility
- We are not responsible for entries or points that are lost, delayed or not saved because of technical problems, including internet, server or device faults.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
13. Changing or ending the draw
We may change, pause or end the monthly draw, or these terms, if we have a good reason, for example if there is fraud, a technical failure or a change in the law. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell entrants in the stadium. Changes do not affect a draw that has already been made.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
